问:你们是做什么的?想多了解。

答:我们主要是租借工作室空间,为大家提供举办活动/开工作坊与教学的场地,让大家有机会创立自己的工作坊。

可以弹性预约,单次、短期、长期租借都没问题。只是想来参加活动的人也行。
 

Q: What do you do?

A: We mainly rent out our space for people who are looking for a private yet comfortable space to hold events or workshops for a short period of time (few hours a day or two to four days). However, we do hold our own hands-on workshops from time to time! Do drop us a message if you are interested in joining DIY workshops!

问:你们的工作室空间有多大呢?能够容纳多少人?

答:我们这里是一个 450sf 的工作室空间。最多能够容纳
1
0-12个人来进行活动,是一个有隐私的空间。

 

Q: How big is your space?

A: Our space is 450sf, able to comfortably fit up to 10-12 people, suitable for small scale or private events/workshops.

问:你们会帮忙宣传招生吗?

答:开办课程,我们是会免费帮你宣传的。我们有专业的
设计师帮忙设计帖子,也会帮忙写文案,尽量吸引更多人
来参加你的工作坊。可是我们不能担保会帮你找到满一班
的学生。你本身开的工作坊,还是得要你自己share,自己招生的。

Q: Will you help to advertise and bring people to participate in my workshop?

A: Yes, we will help you advertise for free. We have professional designers for designing posts and do copywriting to try to attract as many people as possible to join your workshop. However, we cannot guarantee to help you find a class-full of students. You have to share and promote your own workshops and recruit students yourself too.

问:那边有停车场吗?

答:楼下有 basement parking, 1小时只需RM1。 搭 basement 的电梯可以直接到我们的工作室。也有 valet parking 的选择。搭 Grab 会直接停在 lobby 门口下车。
有24小时的保安,非常方便,而且不用担心安全问题。

 

Q: How is the parking system like?

A: There is a basement parking with direct lift to premise from the carpark (RM1 per hour). There is also a choice of valet parking (RM10 per entry). E-hailing pick-up and drop-off point is right at the ground floor (lobby) lift entrance.

问:请问附近有的吃东西吗?

答:有,选择蛮多的。我们的地点两隔壁都是购物中心 (Aurora Place Mall 和 Pavilion 2 Bukit Jalil),都是步行距离。Bukit Jalil Park 周围也有不少餐馆 (都是步行距离的)。

 

Q: Are there any eateries nearby?

A: Yes, there are plenty. We are located in a building neighboring to two malls - Aurora Place Mall and Pavilion 2 Bukit Jalil (walking distance). There are also rows of eateries around Bukit Jalil Park (also walking distance).

问:你们的地点附近有公共交通吗?

答:最近的LRT站是 Awan Besar。您可以乘坐从 LRT Awan Besar 到 Pavilion 2 Bukit Jalil 的免费巴士服务,然后从 Pavilion 2 步行前往 Aurora Sovo (步行 2-3 分钟)。点击这里查看免费巴士服务时间表

 

Q: Are there any public transports around your area?

A: The nearest LRT station is Awan Besar. You may take the free shuttle service from LRT Awan Besar to Pavilion 2 Bukit Jalil, then proceed to make your way to Aurora Sovo (2-3 minute walk). Click here for free shuttle bus service schedule.

问:租借场地价格多少呢?

答:租借价格是是按小时计算的。我们的营业时间是9am-6pm,星期一至星期日都有营业,一天可以租上8小时 (9am-6pm)。租借的时间越长,价格就会越便宜。

Q: How much is the rental fees?

A: Rental price depends on the duration of renting the space (charged by the hour). Our opening hours are 9am to 6pm daily, you can rent up to 8 hours a day (between 9am to 6pm). Minimum hours of rental is 2 hours. The longer the rental duration, the cheaper the price would be. Please reach out to us if you are interested in renting our space for workshops/events.

问:有提供什么设备呢?

答:我们提供的东西包括 Wi-Fi, Smart TV (projector), Speaker, 简单的咖啡/茶水, 和白板。开工作坊需要用到的工具是必须自备的。因为每个人来都开不同的工作坊 - 有绘画的,有钩针的,有护肤的,有烘培的 - 我们不可能每样工具都有,希望你们理解。

 

Q: What do you provide?

A: We provide amenities including AC, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV (projector), speaker, coffee/tea/water, white board, etc. Any tools needed for your own workshop has to be prepared by yourself. As everyone holds different workshops - eg: painting, crochet, skin care, baking - we do not have every different kinds of tools on standby, we ask for your kind understanding.

问:租借场地费用有包括吃喝吗?

答: 我们没有提供免费餐食/茶点。开工作坊时如果想要吃喝,是允许自带食物/自备饮料的,也可以使用我们工作室干厨房里的冰箱。如果提前要求,我们可以帮你们 pre-order 茶点 / light snacks,但需要额外付费。我们只提供简单的咖啡/茶水

 

Q: Does the rental fee include refreshments?

A: No, we do not offer free refreshments. You are allowed to bring your own food/drinks and use the fridge/dry kitchen in our workshop space. If requested in advance, we can pre-order refreshments or light snacks for you, but there will be an additional fee. We only provide simple coffee/tea/mineral water for free.

问:租借场地需要提前多长时间预约呢?

答: 如果您开办的工作坊活动是需要我们帮忙宣传招生的话,那就必须在2-3个星期前预约。如果不需宣传 & 选择的日期时间没有 clash 到别的活动,那就1星期前预约都没问题。​可以到 Events Calendar 参考空挡。 

 

Q: How much time in advance do I need to book to secure a slot?

A: If you would like us to help advertise for your workshop/activity, you'll have to book a slot at least 2-3 weeks in advance in order for us to have enough time to promote your activity. If you do not need us to advertise for your activity, you can book one week prior as long as your desired slot is available. Check for slot availability at Events Calendar.

问:预订场地流程是什么?

答:首先必须查看空挡。如果选择的时间段有空挡,我们的工作人员将让你填写 Google Form,提供个人资料。填写表格的同时也必须支付押金和租金费以预订你的档儿。如果满足所有条款和条件,押金将在活动结束后全额退还。

Q: What is the booking process?

A: Check for availability. If your preferred slot is available, our staff will send you a google form for you to fill in necessary details, otherwise we will give you alternative suggestions on dates/slots. You are required to pay a deposit and rental fees to reserve your slot. Deposit will be full returned after completion of your activity if all terms and conditions are met.
